- SEGUNDO. REMITIR a la Sala Civil - Familia del Tribunal Superior de Antioquia el expediente ICC-2182, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión de segunda instancia a que haya lugar, dentro de la acción de tutela formulada por el señor Bradis Javier Cuadrado Fernández, contra la ESE Hospital La Misericordia de Nechí.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaría General, se comunique la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a las partes y al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Nechí, Antioquia.
